I only received the box with the torches, no oil.

Dana we are sorry for the mishap and are sending out your oil today along with some extra wick for the trouble! Please email us if you need anything else.

We love our fire torches. We have wanted fire torches for over ten years but no gas in 2 communities. The torches mounted on the house just put you on a different level and the rotation of the fire... well done halo!

The Vortek arrived so fast, first high five...2nd We ordered the 2 pack, they were both packaged so well and arrived in perfect condition...3rd The gallon of fuel was double wrapped over the lid, so not a drop was spilled! We are not ready to install them, the new cabana is being painted...the minute they are hung and lit...I will send pictures and a rave review, I'm sure!! Thank you so much to Armando Feore @ Halofire for helping me with my order! :)
